Washington D.C, District of Columbia – April 23, 2020 – The Alliance for Innovation and Infrastructure (Aii) is officially launching a new Virtual Classroom featured at Aii.org.
As COVID-19 keeps students and parents at home, Aii is offering educational resources, lessons, and interactive content to encourage learning. The resource provides content for students, teachers, and parents, all the way up to public officials.
Aii’s Virtual Classroom offers resources on blockchain, climate change, drones, energy, environment, infrastructure, regulation, renewables, transportation, and immeasurably more. As a nonpartisan group, Aii is committed to presenting nothing but the facts. This new learning space will offer multiple vantagepoints on each issue and encourage questions and curiosity. Aii’s team is dedicated to educating through a wide range of lessons, video, fun facts, real-world examples, and informative posters.
Aii Director of Public Policy, Benjamin Dierker explained, “We want to encourage the next generation of innovators – those future engineers, scientists, and inventors who are at home right now. But we also know the value in educating public officials, policymakers, and industry leaders. This new resource strikes that balance to bring analysis, fun facts, and more to everyone.”
Designed to be both user-friendly and applicable to all ages, the Virtual Classroom demonstrates the nonprofit’s genuine enthusiasm for connecting to and serving the community. Moving further into an era that has established so much of its identity online, Aii recognizes the importance of reaching people at home and on the go.
Dierker added “The challenges America and the world face today and in the future can only be tackled with informed innovative thinking and we hope to play a part.”
