Lilly Petruzzi is a policy researcher and strategist focused on emerging technology, digital infrastructure, and innovation governance. She serves as Strategic Research & Policy Associate at the Fiber Optic Sensing Association and consults on technology strategy and artificial intelligence policy. She previously served as a judicial intern with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
