Policy Analyst, Strategy Editor for the Innovation & Infrastructure Review

Owen Rogers is a Policy Analyst at Aii, providing research and writing support for Aii publications and resources. He also serves as the strategy editor of the Innovation & Infrastructure Review, a dynamic professional journal offering thought leadership and insight to industry leaders and public policy officials on timely challenges. 

A 2024 graduate from the University of Arizona, Owen majored in Public Management and Policy and minored in GIS (Geographic Information Systems). Owen began working at Aii as a public policy intern in the summer of 2023, where he provided support on several papers. He has since served as a public policy associate, intern manager, and become a core researcher.

Owen is excited to be welcomed as a team member for Aii, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to make a positive difference in public policy.
