Scott Prickett

Scott Prickett is an executive advisor, attorney, and leadership strategist focused on helping organizations drive results by aligning people, strategy, and structure. He works with business owners and executive teams to apply predictive workforce analytics that identify innate employee traits and provide data-driven insights for hiring, leadership development, and organizational design.
He has previously served as an Army officer, operated a private law practice, owned a franchised business and served as a nonprofit executive director. He has done extensive volunteer work, including efforts as a mentor at a youth prison as well as a half-way house serving adults who have struggled with addiction and related legal problems.
Scott is a frequent speaker and advisor to business leaders on issues related to driving top and bottom line results by optimizing leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational alignment. He also speaks on personal growth and transformation.
He lives with his wife in Dallas-Ft. Worth, where they have three adult children and two grandchildren.
